From 457 visa to Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme

I am a Doctor working at Coffs Harbour Health campus. My family and I were applying for Permanent Residency through the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) under the Temporary Residence Transition stream. My family and I hold a Temporary work (Skilled) (subclass 457) visa and my employer offered a permanent position as a Medical Practitioner.
